Does the price include set up and pickup/cleanup?

Yes! We will deliver, set up, and cleanup for you!
Does the 5 hour rental window include set up?

No, we arrive prior to the start of your party so that you have all 5 hours to enjoy the inflatable! Pick up and clean up takes about 30 minutes due to our cleaning and sanitizing protocol.
How are your inflatables cleaned?

Our bounce houses are vacuumed, then wiped down with an industrial grade sanitizer, fungicide, and deodorizer. We clean and inspect the bounce houses before and after every single use, so they they are in the best working condition for our customers!
Do you offer free delivery?

We provide free delivery within 30 miles of our location in Zebulon, NC. Anything outside of this delivery area will require a small delivery fee.
Does the bounce house have to be on for the whole event?

The blower that inflates the bounce house must be turned on for the duration of your party to keep the inflatable in working condition. Unless it starts to rain, or wind exceeds 15 mph, then we ask that you never turn the blower off.
What form of payment do you accept?

We currently accept cash, Venmo, and Paypal.
What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your rental reservation due to inclement weather we ask that you do so with at least 24 hours notice. We promise to reschedule your event within six months of the original reservation date.
What is required for the set up area?

You must have a FLAT area of 20x20 feet for us to set up the inflatable on. This allows enough space for the blower and for us to secure the inflatable with stakes and sand bags. We prefer setting up on grass, but we can also set up on concrete and blacktop. We cannot setup on rocks, as this poses a risk to the inflatable.
